Concept: A long-form transmedia ARG exploring themes of creative legacy, authentic community building, and the nature of performance art in digital spaces.

The Experiment

What happens when the creation process itself becomes the game? The Architect's Gambit explores this through a multi-year narrative where participants are drawn through authentic interest in a creator's journey, unknowingly participating in a larger story that won't reveal itself for years.

Design Philosophy

• Authentic participation: Players engage through genuine interest, not manufactured hype

Active and ongoing. Multiple narrative threads in play across different platforms. Core player group established and engaged. The beauty is that reading this doesn't spoil anything—the game operates on multiple levels of awareness.
